| Project update |
| A strong second quarter has seen sfi successfully complete major new installations in the finance sector. Amongst these projects was the installation of over 1800 trading positions for Nomura's new London offices on behalf of DAS Business Furniture. Each position is equipped with individual air cooling, making this the largest project of it's type in Europe. July also saw the installation of over 200 positions for Mint Equities Ltd. Our move management team has also been busy - projects in the financial sector have included Paamco and Heptagon Capital, together with successful move projects for Nissan and Reynolds Colman Bradley LLP |

| 2010 starts strongly for SFI |
| With signs of renewed confidence in the economy, sfi have been involved in a number of London projects. Our installation work includes completed projects for Octopus Publishing on behalf of Artillery Architects and installing 180 positions at Lebara for Footprint. Installations have also been completed at Amlin and Liberty Syndicate (for Posture). Move work has included the final stages of relocating Penna plc into their new London HQ and moving Heptagon Capital LLP to new offices in Brook St |

| A busy end to 2009 saw sfi complete the 1st phase of the furniture installation and staff relocation for Penna plc at their new London HQ. For Scottish & Southern Energy we have now completed around 4000 internal relocations as well as undertaking the relocation of IMG Media from their Pier House offices to their London HQ. | New projects |
| The past few weeks have seen sfi busy on numerous installation and move management projects across the UK. Installations include the new Reading HQ for OpenText on behalf of Sketch Studios, 150 workstations for SAB Miller (again in Reading) for Kanvas, EDHA in Dorset for Broadbase Furniture Solutions and the new West End offices of CoStar UK on behalf of Artillery. City projects have included the installation of furniture across five floors for Amlin at their Undershaft HQ and the upgrading and relocation of 550 workstations for Aberdeen Asset Management. We have also undertaken relocation work for Penna plc encompassing four London locations as well as undertaking over 150 internal moves for Springer on behalf of Pacific Interiors |

| Yet again we were blessed with a sunny autumnal day for the 5th annual sfi Golf Day. Congratulations to Greg Bettis of Sedus Stoll Ltd who won with a stapleford score of 42...commiserations to Wayne Scholfield of Footprint Furniture who ended up with the infamous sfi onion. All in all a terrific day and once again many thanks to Royal Mid-Surrey G.C for their wonderful hospitality |

| Carnival UK |
| Among our current projects is the installation of 1300 Steelcase workstations for Carnival UK in Southampton on behalf of Portsdown Office Furniture. This month has also seen the completion of major relocations for leading London IT company Wavex Ltd and music management company Askonas Holt. In addition we have completed the moves of 1700 out of 2500 staff for Scottish & Southern Energy from their old workstations onto the new workstations installed by sfi earlier this year |

| Despite the prevailing economic gloom sfi have secured some exciting new business during the first quarter of 2009, as well as continuing to prosper with our existing clients. Among the major projects completed were the installation of 2,500 new workstations at Scottish & Southern Energy on behalf of Claremont Office Furniture. Other installations have included Telecom Plus and Serco for Sketch Studios Ltd and in the public sector we have been busy at DCSF and Bristol City Council on behalf of Footprint Furniture Ltd. Our relocation teams have undertaken projects for, amongst others, Bourne Park Capital, Serco and APCOA, the parking specialists |

| Following the acquisition of Fuller Peiser by Atis Real, sfi have been appointed to provide the move management resources for the integration process. This involves stripping out of old furniture, installation of new, together with the sequential packing of hundreds of linear metres of filing. Full support is also given to the Atis Real IT team with the IT relocation programme The project, covering a national network of offices is expected to be completed by mid-summer |
