| 2008 has started with a bang including the installation of Phase 1 of 800 workstations for Sketch Studios, together with a further 120 workstations in Southampton, again for Sketch. Relocation work has seen sfi win contracts to relocate, amongst others, ESPN Classic into new premises and relocate over 80 trading desks at Fortis Bank |

| A busy month! |
| sfi continues to go from strength to strength - among our recent successful projects were the installation of over 450 workstations for Inspace at Mazars LLP. We have also undertaken the relocation of Associated Press into temporary offices at their Camden Lock HQ, and installed 150 Techo workstations at Titan on behalf of Office Projects Ltd. A further 240 trading desks were installed at Mitsubishi Bank for DAS Business Furniture |

| Another lovely autumnal day saw the third annual sfi Golf Day held at Royal Mid Surrey GC. Many congratulations to Neil Stammers of Lee Associates who beat a fine field to win the competition for the second time in three years |

| Major July projects |
| A busy summer continues for sfi as amongst our completed July projects are the total strip out of furniture and racking over six floors for the Legal Services Commission at their Red Lion Street building, together with major relocation and furniture installs for Atis Real across the UK, including their Manchester and Birmingham offices. Also completed was the install of approximately 150 Techo workstations for OPL at the new Oxford offices of Pipex, together with the relocations of Brencourt LLP, Thin Martian and Collins Commercial |

| IMG acquisitions |
| Following the recent acquisitions of Quintus and SBI by IMG, the world's largest sports management company, sfi were appointed to handle the relocation of both companies and their staff into IMG premises in Chiswick, West London |

| Candover Partners internal relocation |
| The final phase of the internal relocation of Candover Partners, undertaken by sfi in conjunction with Denton Associates has been successfully completed. Apart from the works undertaken in their Old Bailey offices, sfi also delivered and installed conference tables to their new Madrid office |

| SFI move manages major UK business integration |
| Following the acquisition of Fuller Peiser by Atis Real, sfi have been appointed to provide the move management resources for the integration process. This involves stripping out of old furniture, installation of new, together with the sequential packing of hundreds of linear metres of filing. Full support is also given to the Atis Real IT team with the IT relocation programme The project, covering a national network of offices is expected to be completed by mid-summer |
